Heartsent Learning Solutions Summer Programs

1) Day Camp: Mornings outside in the park, for children ages 5-7, kindergarten, first and second graders. We’ll be at the Orinda Community Park every morning from 9-12 noon. We’ll play lots of games with balls and hoops- and other surprises!- engage in some large motor play, share story time, and enjoy a snack (that you provide for your child). Kids will have a lot of fun while they develop communication and cooperative play skills and work on solidifying their neurodevelopment. This will be a small group of 4-8 children, beginning on June 25 and ending August 17. Families may select the weeks that they’d like their children to attend. 

2) Math Camp: Project-based hands-on experience with math concepts. This 2-hour afternoon class will begin at 1pm and end at 3pm. Each week will have a different theme and project. Open to all ages.

3) Reading Camp: Enjoy reading children’s stories about quilts and make a small quilt. This 2-hour afternoon class focuses on improving reading skills. It will be held at the office and will begin at 3:15pm and end at 5:15pm. Open to all ages. 


There will be Information Meetings for parents on Saturday, March 17, from 9:30-10:30 am, and on Thursday, April 12, from 6:30-7:30 pm for further details about these programs.
