Zan Chang was born on September 21,
2010 and was found abandoned on a chair in the city people’s hospital. After
his birthparents could not be located, he was sent to be raised in a children’s
institute. Zan Chang is described as an outgoing, active, restless young boy
with black hair and bright, fiery eyes. His “aunts” often hear him giggling and
he is happy being teased. Zan Chang can hold his head up while lying on his
stomach, can prop up his upper body with his arms, looks for dropped toys, and
can roll over freely. Also when lying on his stomach, he likes to kick his legs
back to so he will move backwards. He visually follows moving people, and loves
to play with musical toys. Zan Chang has a ready smile and is happily teased!
This spirited child waits in China for his forever family to find him. If you
think this boy may be a match for your growing family, please let Heartsent
know so that you may learn about him.
